I’m thrilled to announce my first European Intensive Training Camp (ITC+)! This special event marks a significant milestone as it will be my first ITC held outside of New York City.
**Where and When?**
Join us on Katarina Island in Rovinj, Croatia, from May 10th to May 16th, 2025. This picturesque location promises an inspiring backdrop for our training. Plus, we have partnered with Island Hotel Katarina to offer a fantastic rate on accommodations right at the camp's venue, making your stay both convenient and comfortable.
**What to Expect?**
Prepare for an immersive seven days filled with 40 hours of intensive Wing Tsun training. The ITC+ is open to any Wing Tsun student with a minimum of the first section Chi Sau, so please note that this camp is not suitable for complete beginners. It’s an ideal opportunity for instructors looking to enhance their skills as well.
Students will be divided into various levels, ranging from the Chi Sau program one all the way to Wooden Dummy level. Our training will emphasize the Hong Kong style of Wing Tsun, taught in a modern and “section-free” manner, with a significant focus on Gwo Sau or “Chi Sau sparring.”
In addition to sparring, we will cover forms, fundamentals, and theory through hands-on, intensive training rather than just discussions. Expect to engage in sparring sessions that include “Wing Tsun vs. non-Wing Tsun” scenarios, allowing for real-world application of techniques.
